The Fremont Lux Pot Shop budtenders and floor leads organized together with UFCW 3000 for better working conditions and won their union election. These new members of our union family are well aware of the benefits of joining UFCW Local 3000 and are looking forward to negotiating their first union contract.
Fremont Lux Pot Shop is the oldest cannabis dispensary in Seattle and one of the oldest cannabis shops in the country. UFCW Local 3000 represents over 120 cannabis workers at eight locations in the state of Washington.
