Instead of supporting their workers, good benefits, affordable healthcare, sustainable staffing policies, and wages that workers can live on, CVS is dragging their feet and not giving our associates what they need to support themselves and thrive at our stores.
This behavior is simply unacceptable. CVS workers are the ones serving patients, creating value for the company, and keeping their pharmacies running smoothly. They deserve respect for everything they do, and they should have secured a great union contract by now.
