Stand with California CVS Workers

Stay updated on potential strikes and learn how you can support your CVS Workers in their fight for a better workplace.

CVS is failing the needs of its union workers, so employees across California are preparing to head out ON STRIKE in the coming weeks.

Ahead of this potential strike, we need your help showing CVS that its patients and customers support workers being treated with respect and earning living wages. We’re asking you to stand in solidarity with CVS union workers by transferring your prescriptions to a union pharmacy near you and canceling your CVS CarePass!

Learn more below about how you can do all of this, and sign our CVS Customer Pledge to show your support and stay updated on if we go out on strike because of CVS’s behavior. We greatly appreciate you taking the time to show your support for CVS workers as they fight for respect, better working conditions, and the union contract they deserve.

How to Transfer Your Prescription Today

To get started, click on one of the companies below from our union-friendly pharmacies to find a location near you that you can move your prescriptions to.

And once you’ve selected your location, give them a call to tell them which CVS pharmacy you’re moving your prescriptions from, and they’ll take care of the rest.

Why Your Support Matters:

CVS union workers have been focused on negotiating a union contract since May, but the company is failing to give our techs & associates what they need to thrive. Instead of supporting their workers, good benefits, affordable healthcare, sustainable staffing policies, and wages that workers can live on, CVS is dragging their feet and not giving our associates what they need to support themselves and thrive at our stores.

This behavior is simply unacceptable. CVS workers are the ones serving patients, creating value for the company, and keeping their pharmacies running smoothly. They deserve respect for everything they do, and they should have secured a great union contract by now.

As a loyal CVS patient and customer, you have the power to help make a difference in the lives of these workers! CVS needs to hear from patients like you that their anti-worker behavior won’t be tolerated. We greatly appreciate your solidarity in supporting CVS employees in their critical fight for a fair contract, and we know that together we can make CVS do the right thing and take care of their workers!
